Not long after Rockstar Games released the Grand Theft Auto IV: Complete Edition on Steam and their launcher back in March 2020 they removed the multiplayer aspects of the game. The screenshot below shows some of the builds being put into Steam’s backend. It showed Rockstar Games have been developing and testing this update for some time. Over the past few weeks and months we have been tracking Rockstar’s work on the update via SteamDB.
